How the system works

Inspecty is a simple straight forward inventory service, that allows you create property inventory reports using your iPad. By entering all the information into our iPad application, you are able to synchronise with our cloud based system that allows you to create PDF reports straight away.

With our straight forward pricing plan, you can pay per user, or pay by reports generated.

Furthermore, we are offering our service free of charge until the end of the year, so make the most of it while you can!

Our system also allows you to find freelance inventory users that can undertake an appointment on your behalf.

Subscriptions

At Inspecty, we have a straight forward pricing plan that allows you to choose whether you want to pay by the number of registered users, or pay by the number of reports that are generated. Therefore, you can select the subscription that suits your budget and business.

Pay per User

You will be charged for the number of users that are registered on the system on a month by month basis. For example if you have 5 users registered on they system on the 31st of July, you would be charged for 5 users and the amount debited from your account two weeks later on the 14th of August.

Pay per Report

If you opt to pay by how many reports are generated on the system, you will be billed at the end of the month for the total number of reports. The amount would be debited from your card two weeks later.

Help

Sign up

To sign-up to use our system, you must be a company. Click on the register button and enter all your details. Once your account has been verified and activated, you will then be able to start using the Inspecty system.

Forgot Login

Don’t worry we can send you your password in an email. Go to the login screen and click the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD? link. Enter your email address on the screen that appears and click on the SEND REMINDER button. Your password will be sent to you straight away.

Browser or App bugs

If you have a problem accessing our system via a web browser, or using your iPad then please let us know as we always strive to ensure that our system works across all browsers, operating systems and iOS on the iPad.

Send an email to support@inspecty.com outling whether you are using the iPad application, or the website. To help speed up the resolution of any issues, we find the following information really useful:

  • iPad version i.e iPad3
  • iOS version i.e 6.0.1
  • Operating System: i.e Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, Other
  • Operating System Version: i.e Mac OS X 10.8.4
  • Browser Version: i.e Firefox 22.0
