Meet the team behind Inspecty
After years of creating property inventories, both sides of the globe, we were fed up with the same problems, day in and day out, fed up of wasting our time and money. We needed a better, easier and smarter way to do things!
So, with help from new friends the Princes Trust, a new inventory company was forged. An excited team set about changing their inventory life for the better, starting with a long string of belated goodbyes. See you later dictaphones, pens, notepads, typists, word documents, emails and inconsistent reporting structures.
We wrote down our team’s headaches, and then we addressed each and every one of them. To do our jobs better we needed one system that linked us all together, whether we were in the office or not. We needed our clients to have more independence to get the data they needed, without someone sitting at a desk.
We needed our clerks to be more efficient so they could do more inventories. We needed Inspecty! So we built it.

Originating from Australia, Michael Kasar is the brain child of Inspecty, committed to simplifying the inspection process whilst producing better reports.
